Meet Dada Iyanuoluwa, the Young Founder Behind TermResult

He built an ecosystem for schools that want to grow. Then he organized a conference in Abuja and asked the proprietors to come and sit with the work.

Meet Dada Iyanuoluwa. He is young, he is the founder and chief executive of TermResult, and he is a founder I admire for a simple reason: he did not stop where most school software stops.

The first time you hear the name, it is easy to file him under results. A platform that calculates scores, prints a report card, and sends it to a parent. That work is real, and TermResult does it. It is also the smallest door into what he has actually built. Spend an afternoon with the product, or with the deck he took into a room of school owners, and the label changes. TermResult is an ecosystem. An AI-powered school growth platform. School management sits inside it. It does not define it.

He says the distinction without decoration. On the opening slide of the programme he gave proprietors in Abuja, the line under his name is not a school-management label. It is a growth platform: growing schools, increasing enrolment, driving revenue. The site is www.termresult.com. The company is in Abuja. He leads it.

What he actually built

The easiest way to see the ecosystem is to follow a proprietor, not a menu.

A school that wants more students has to be found. Inside TermResult, each school gets a website of its own, updated with the school, without hiring a developer to stand it up. The same ecosystem places the school where parents are already looking: a marketplace where a family can search, open a profile, and apply. Admissions then run as one path, from the first inquiry to acceptance, instead of a paper form that goes quiet in somebody’s drawer.

Getting found is only half of it. Someone still has to tell the neighbourhood the school exists. TermResult puts a marketing assistant in the platform. A proprietor can ask, in plain language, how to bring in a new set of families, and the system drafts the work: a flyer, a post, an open-day notice, a WhatsApp broadcast, a letter to parents. The person running the school does not have to become a marketer first.

Then the question every owner asks after the campaign goes out. Did it work? The ecosystem keeps the answers together. Enrolment and retention. Fees coming in, and fees still outstanding. Cash flow. A view of academic performance beside the money. Recommendations, not just a spreadsheet exported at midnight. A proprietor can see where the school is, and where it is heading, without assembling five reports from five books.

Growth also needs capital. A new classroom. The gap between one session’s fees and the next session’s salaries. Equipment. Through the platform, and in partnership with FCMB, a school can reach financing for expansion, working capital, buildings, and tools. It is part of the same ecosystem, not a favour arranged off to the side.

Under those layers is the operational core, and this is the part people mean when they say school management. Academic records. Finance. Attendance. Assignments. Examinations. Portals for parents, teachers, and students. Transport, the library, payroll, the hostel. An AI tutor for the learner who needs one. All of that belongs in TermResult. None of it is the whole company. Management keeps the school standing. The rest of the ecosystem is how the school grows.

His mission for the platform fits in one line he is willing to repeat: grow faster, earn more, operate smarter. I admire the order. He built for the two worries a proprietor actually carries, more students and more revenue, and he refused to pretend that a login for result sheets was the answer to either.

Then he organized a conference

On 29 August 2026, in Abuja, Dada did the other thing founders talk about and rarely finish. He organized a conference for the people who own the schools.

He called it PRONA. Proprietors Network Africa. The 2026 edition was a training programme, held with the National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools. Proprietors came, took a badge, and sat down. He did not build the day as a product launch with chairs around it. He built it as a room where owners could be taught, and where the work of growing a school could be said out loud.

The morning started the way serious gatherings start, at a table outside.

Inside, the pews filled with owners in their own clothes. Ankara, headwraps, office shirts, badges on ribbons. Some took notes. Some leaned in to see a phone. This was not a crowd that had come to be impressed. It was a crowd that runs schools on Monday.

Dada took the lectern himself. Dark suit, laptop open, a PRONA badge that read team member, which tells you something about how he wanted to stand in his own event. He walked the room through TermResult as he actually means it: a growth platform, with school management as one part of a larger ecosystem. The backdrop behind him carried the conference name in full. PRONA Conference 2026.

The part I trust most is not the lectern. It is the pew. Between the formal sessions he sat down with a proprietor, a sheet of paper between them, and stayed for the conversation. Conferences fail when the speaker leaves by the side door. This one kept him in the room.

He did not do it alone. The team that ran PRONA stood with him on the green outside the hall, badges on, in front of a wall that held three names at once: NAPPS, TermResult, and PRONA. When the programme closed, proprietors gathered on that same carpet and held up their certificates. A young founder, a platform, and a room of owners who had given him their Saturday.

That is the story I came to tell. A young founder in Abuja, building an ecosystem for schools that need to grow, and organized enough to put the owners of those schools in one hall and teach them. PRONA lives on at www.pronaconference.com. The next gathering is planned for Lagos. The Abuja room has already happened, and the photographs are the proof.
